My name is Justin Percival and I'm an illustrator and graphic designer from Bristol, UK.
I was always very creative growing up and I loved drawing, sketching, and designing all sorts of different things. Like a lot of kids, growing up I was always captivated and mesmerised by comic books and superheroes—in particular Marvel comics. When I was about 7 or 8, I remember drawing my own set of superhero characters and hanging them up on my bedroom wall and recall friends saying how good they were. Another thing that stands out for me is I loved collecting Garbage Pail Kids cards when I was growing up. I had a ton of those hilariously weird and gross cards and I remember having this idea that I wanted to draw my own set of cards and call them ‘Stinky Kids’ which I actually sent to Merlin the sticker people. I still have the kind note they sent back in a shoe box somewhere. When I was at school I was designing zines, t-shirts, record sleeves and gig posters for bands then I went off to University to study Graphic Design.
